I love Fall. I realize that is basic AF but it’s the lead up to Christmas. It’s the Thursday night before an epic girls weekend. It‘s the few days before vacation when you know you‘re *this close* to a good time. I love Fall because of the anticipation.
I also love Fall because of the clothes. After a hot summer and sweating through your shorts for 3 or 4 months, nothing feels better than leggings and sweatshirts, or dresses and boots. You can forget to shave for a few days and survive. You can dress in LAYERS.
On this post, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite items for the fall (so far). Ok this dress is AMAZING. I was *shocked* - it is the PERFECT black dress for work or for dinner. Beyond flattering. Zip back. Perfect weight fabric. I would purchase in every color. The sleeves are 3/4 which is perfect. I can wear a Small or XS, and the XS fit perfect for this look. It appears black may be sold out, but hopefully they restock soon.
Ok, so I have two different ways of wearing this Old Navy dress … top pic: with a faux suede Kut from the Kloth jacket and bottom pic: no jacket. This dress is cream with a wide rib, light weight but not see through. I’m 5’3 and it didn’t drag the floor and worked perfect with slightly heeled boots, especially with the slide slits. Could totally dress up OR down, with boots or sneaks. LOVE. Size XS.
TBH, I was skeptical about this dress. But …. this was SO cute. The tie waist has a LOT of give so it’s flexible. It was a really good length -
not sure if it will shrink at all but I do not plan to dry it. I loved it with heeled booties. Would also look great with a sweater duster or denim jacket. Size Small.
These JOGGERS! I love my expensive LuluLemons and Athleta joggers but if you’re trying to spend a little less, these are the right price and so comfy. With the ankle band, totally fit me but there was room to spare so shouldn’t be an issue you taller gals!
Ok I love this Goodthreads dress. I was not 100% sure but then I tried it on … it’s a slightly fitted oversized flannel shirt with pockets. No other way to explain it. AMAZING with boots and would be stunning with a cute denim or suede jacket. Love love love. Was pleasantly surprised! Got an XSmall.
